I live in Kernersville with my husband, Chuck, since 1985. My mom moved to Kernersville in 1986.

Graduated with BS degree in nursing from Lenoir Rhyne College. Worked at Wesley Long until my first son, Scott, was born in 1988. Worked for cardiologist in Winston-Salem until 1999 when I decided to retire from nursing and be a stay at home mom running around to all the sport fields and other activities. Our second son, Brian, was born in 1989. I since returned to work as a favor to church friend and worked in his law office for the last 7 years. I retired once again last year as my mom now has macular degeneration and has lost her vision in one eye and slowly losing it in the other. I am now her permanent chauffeur. We have been blessed with a new daughter in law, Sarah. She and Scott married last year and live in Kernersville. We will be blessed with our second daughter in law in September 2014 when Brian marries Katlyn. They are living in Raleigh.
Chuck and I work with the youth in our church so that keeps us very busy especially this time of year with all the mission trips and camps.

Travelled to Europe with my family, Scott's senior year. His latin class at East Forsyth takes a trip every other year.
Mission trip to the Bahamas and many others stateside.
